Knut-Willy Sæther is professor in the Department of Religious Studies at Volda University College, Volda, Norway. His main interest of research is interdisciplinary, involving philosophy, aesthetics, religion, theology and science. Sæther received his doctoral degree from the Norwegian University of Technology and Science (2005) on the dialogue between theology and science. He has been visiting scholar at Princeton Theological Seminary and has served as Scientific Programme Officer at European Society for the Studies in Science and Theology (ESSSAT) between 2010-2018. Among his recent publications is The Grace of Being Fallible in Philosophy, Theology and Religion (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020) with Thomas John Hastings.
